Adam Edel is an Associate at LVCD Law. His practice focuses on products liability and general liability.
Mr. Edel is an experienced litigator who began his career in criminal defense.
During law school, Mr. Edel was accepted as a law clerk with the prestigious San Diego Public Defender’s Office. At the San Diego PD’s office, he worked in the felony department and got his first experience litigating in open court. He was also able to second chair his first criminal trial.
In 2015, upon passing the bar, Mr. Edel hit the ground running and joined a small criminal defense firm where he was immediately trusted to handle his own case load which included serious and contentious felonies in addition to misdemeanor cases all over California. During his time at the firm, he had successfully defended over 200 criminal cases.
In 2021, Mr. Edel pivoted into insurance defense where he defended personal injury cases on behalf of large trucking companies.
Mr. Edel has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals in state and federal district courts in California.
He is passionate about his work and is zealous in ensuring that individuals and businesses do not get taken advantage of by the legal system. He has negotiated many favorable settlements and has resolved cases even before they are filed.
Mr. Edel obtained his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2015, where he served on Veteran’s Legal Assistance Clinic and the Student Body Association Athletic Chair. He also obtained his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2009.
Outside of being a passionate litigator, Mr. Edel enjoys playing sports, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family. He is a massive supporter of Arsenal Football Club and an avid Lakers and Raiders fan.
