Kate S.Lehrman focuses her practice on the representation of corporate clients in commercial and products liability matters filed in State and Federal Court. She is a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent rated Attorney, a member of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the premier trial counsel organization in the United States, and a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. She has successfully defended multiple high exposure cases in the products liability, commercial real estate and toxic tort arenas in her 33 year career.She is a member of the California, New Yorkand Massachusetts Bars and she has been responsible for national and regional counsel defense programs concerning consumer litigation, manufacture, design and warning defect claims.

She has consulted with manufacturers in the development of policies for product litigation management, product warranties, and compliance issues.She has managed and defended complex toxic tort cases, including asbestos and other chemical exposures. She has significant experience implementing strategies for clients involvedin national litigation, managing statewide, regional and national case loads, managing discovery, and conducting expert depositions.

In addition, she has general business litigation experience, including breach of contract, business related torts and real estate broker malpractice. She is an experienced trial attorney, who has mediated over a hundred cases, and successfully tried multiple high exposure jury cases to verdict.
