Brandon R. Bell graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2020, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law. While at Loyola, Brandon was a member of the Transactional Negotiation Team where he participated in mock negotiations while representing the buyer in a complex business acquisition. During law school, Brandon worked as a research assistant in the Reference Department of the William M. Rains Law Library, assisting students and faculty with legal research. Brandon also externed with a criminal judge in Pasadena and with a legal technology company in Santa Monica.
Brandon began his legal career as a plaintiff’s attorney practicing civil rights, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, labor and employment litigation. Brandon was also involved in various transactional matters. Brandon’s experience extends to federal and state court litigation, including at the trial court and appellate levels.
Since 2022, Brandon has represented various auto manufacturers in consumer warranty defense litigation in both large and boutique law firms. Brandon brings a diverse set of legal skills and knowledge to his representation in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
