Sam Laughlin joined Lehrman, Villegas, Chinery & Douglas, LLP in 2023 as an associate attorney with extensive litigation experience in state and federal court. His civil litigation practice focuses on products liability and is experienced in business, privacy, intellectual property, technology, and real estate disputes. He has represented a diverse range of clients from large, global companies to small business and public entities, and has successfully represented clients through all phases of litigation, from discovery through jury trials and appellate work. He also has a diverse skillset, having studied Filmmaking at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and worked in the Los Angeles entertainment industry before studying law. He is also an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and a native of Birmingham, Alabama.
