Paolo is a commercial defense litigator with a practice across California. Although he has represented companies across a wide array of complex commercial litigation issues, his practice most recently focused on advising companies in trademark and copyright litigation, as well as on corporate governance issues. Now, since joining Lehrman, Villegas, Chinery & Douglas in 2025, Paolo focuses on the defense of global automotive manufacturers and distributors, especially as to complex product liability and warranty matters arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
